The estonian was knowledgeable about skin care and gave an excellent facial.

When I asked for lower pressure it didn't feel any different. I asked for my therapist to stop on my neck, and it really is hurting me today. I wish he hadn't touched that area so hard.

When I tried to book my next appointment the receptionist told me the date I wanted was “fully booked”. Like the entire 12 hours your open. This was only after I said I wouldn’t buy a product. She didn’t try to offer me any other times and I felt she was very abrupt, rude and annoyed that I wasn’t purchasing a product.

Too many "add on" charges that other salons include.

I called in on asaturday morning and had to cancel morning for my appointment and the manager wouldn’t make any exceptions. I’ve worked in customer service and all rules are able to bent. Or even a one time exception. I called from the HOSPITAL and they still charged me a cancellation fee. That’s unacceptable and should have been waived. Things happen. It’s human decency. I say shame on you for that. I will take my money elsewhere and that is why I cancelled my monthly membership. Shouldn’t have gone down that way. And I asked for a return phone call and never even got that. So Hand and Stones loss...was nice while it lasted now I will find another place to go to to continue my monthly massage therapy. Thank you.

The massage therapist applied too much pressure and didn't seem to be able to correct with feedback. She used rapid movements in massage and even in straightening the blanket. This was not at all relaxing.

I think on most questions I was highly satisfied.

Massage was supposed to be an 80 minute but therapist only gave me a 50 minute. I did not realize it until I dressed and looked at the clock. However the receptionist was extremely helpful and offered me to continue with the missed 30 minutes or credit me the minutes for next time which I agreed to. I wasn't upset st all it was an honest mistake and will gladly return and with the same therapist

I started my massage after my wife but finished before her.

I don’t get the full time for the time I pay for and why is there an amount for gratuity
