Everything was great except for the fact that I had bought the promotional gift cards last Black Friday and wasn’t told that the promotional one was only valid for 1 year. I was told it had to be used in ocean, but not that it would expire or else I would have come in sooner. So I had to pay again for a massage. Not too happy about that. Otherwise everyone was lovely.

There is no specific reason. It was just a standard visit for me. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was my first time having a massage with a male. He was very nice but I am more comfortable with a woman.

This was my first time getting a massage. I did enjoy the hour I got. I'm thinking I might need more of a deep tissue massage but my experience there for the first time was excellent

Great massage. Great masseuse who asked me how I was doing and what I would like. And listened to where I was having pain. Loved the set up of the place.

I think that the price of the membership continues to climb for the same services and overall, I have felt that at times the therapists have cut the services short a few minutes for preparation. Also, each therapist uses a different massage technique and it takes some time to find what works for you especially if you recently have moved and switched main locations.

I use another local spa where i'm more comfortable with the staff.. The masseur was friendly but a little awkward - he also was too firm

Completely Relief of aches and pains since I left! The massage therapist was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly but offered then booked a massage with another therapist after I said I wanted to rebook with the same therapist. I made her change the next appointment to be with the same therapist as requested-but she still made my 3rd visit with another therapist.

The massage was good but I was sore in some areas days after the appointment.

Location was difficult to find and I came in late, frustrated and short on time.
