The front desk staff was very knowledgeable in the services area and also what to expect during the massage as it was my first time. The therapist was very soft spoken, and did very well with the massage and making sure I was comfortable. The ambiance and mood of the room was very nice. Felt really good and relaxing vibes in the room

The esthetician Tina is the reason I continue my membership. She is excellent, knows my skin and what it needs at that moment. She is very attentive to whatever the needs may be for the particular season of the year.
