Andrea was wonderful!

The massage therapist was 10 minutes late which I didn’t mind. Everybody is entitled to an off day. She compensated by giving me an excellent massage! I will say though, I was surprised H&S no longer uses the bins for clothes and an air purifier. That helps me feel at more ease especially being in an enclosed area. I also would’ve preferred the massage therapist wear a mask. Also, I wish the receptionist could let me know how many visits I have left. She said since I booked other appointments in another branch she cannot access. Should be centralized or I should be able to see this online. Should also show past appointments so I can keep track of what I have left

Wish the website listed products that you can buy from it, and the website for choosing some treatments like back facial I couldn’t find how to book for it, other than that all is great.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely sweet and friendly. I was surprised when she said she had only been there for a week and a half! She really made the experience! Kudos to her!!!

I was felt so relaxed from the soft lighting and music and the awesome waterfall on the wall. Victoria was amazing and I was so pleased with facial and the whole experience that I became a member that nighrvand will be back next month for another facial and maybe a massage also. 😃

Very relaxing

I was in desperate need of a massage, and Violet did a wonderful job f relaxing me and "getting the kinks" out.

Tina is fantastic and is an amazing esthetician. My skin never looked so good.
