My therapist is one of the best I have ever had at Hand and Stone. The receptionists' ability to explain in an understandable manner my payment method was a little frustrating.

I never have an issue when I come . Everyone is very nice and professional! The rooms are always nice and clean. Always a wonderful experience!

Medi is magical. We've been coming here for years and she takes great care of my daughter and I. My daughter has cerebral palsy and Medi is perfection for her.

The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about skincare. He was also very friendly the entire time. I had an issue because they didn’t ask if i wanted a male or female masseuse when i booked my appointment (assuming it was a female) and i was uncomfortable when a male came out. The front desk girl cancelled my appointment for me and rebooked me for a massage that day.
