Melissa is an excellent therapist. She listens to my needs before the massage. She checks several times during the massage to make sure everything is going well.

Receptionist called me immediately with a cancellation because there were no available appointments. The masseuse listened to my issues and paid particular attention to the needed areas.

My experience with my massage therapist, Keith, is always excellent! He is fantastic. The receptionist who checked me in, Danielle (Daniella?) was also excellent and very attentive. I felt like a priority while working with her at the front desk. I am typically not the kind of guest to file a complaint and am rather easy-going. My complaint is in regard to my previous appointment in May. The receptionist (Sam) at the front desk rushed me and was arrogant at each interaction. During the last 30 minutes of my service, I could hear her vacuuming, shutting doors, and cleaning outside the massage room. She was also not at the front desk at the end of my service to help me book my next appointment or provide a tip envelope for my therapist. She closed the desk down for the night. I did not feel like a welcomed guest. Going forward, I'd like to book my appointments in such a way so that I do not have to work with this receptionist.

I have recommended this location to several people who also go for massage. The staff is always courteous, on time and on top of things. I have never had an issue here and appreciate the value of being a member.

I have multiple areas that need specific attention and Keith provides the right amount of pressure during the massage. It helps to relieve the pain and great discomfort of prominent areas. Keith always provides excellent massages and I am very glad for what he does.
