Tracy is great. The time flies by and she makes me very comfortable.

It was very comfortable an I loved how the lights where low and the music was comfort also. I loved the warm beds an it smelled good in the rooms. I’ll be back next month for another day to feel good.

From the moment I walked I it was a very welcoming atmosphere with a very pleasant soft spoken receptionist. It was clean and covid safety friendly. My wait time was little to none. Victoria who rendered my facial services was very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable understood my partial facial paralysis concerns and was very careful and gave me great advice on what products wld be helpful for my non existent facial remedy to help my concerns and problem areas. I have raved about her to several people already. I was very pleased.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the therapist was very nice and gentle.

For me the whole Hand and Stone experience from my entrance and being waited on until my Therapist comes for me and our conversation and how the Therapist is very knowledgeable in the questions being asked was a great experience the kindness and the care level was also great.
