I always receive a great facial with Danielle. I have received many facials over the years and I have to say the best have been with Danielle. My only issue with this visit was that I had to fill out a form on an iPad that was used by the receptionist and then handed directly to me without being wiped down. It wasn't wiped down after I used to either.

Danielle was very educated and had great technique! It’s always clean and safe! The receptionists are friendly, professional and helpful!

Hand and Stone Ocean is amazing. Tina does my facials. I will not go to anyone else. All the staff is so nice and professional.

I was glad to work with the therapist I did. She was attentive to the concern I addressed at the beginning of the massage and spent a lot of time working in the problem area. I definitely felt she was being attentive to my needs. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

April is terrific; my back definitely felt better and I booked for another appointment in two weeks; I felt like the place was clean and safe. Receptionists were friendly and accommodating.

I love hand and stone, they are able to accommodate my needs. For instance, I had to freeze my membership during COVID and they were so respectful about it. When I returned after the three months, I felt like I never left! They staff is sweet ans respectful.

My massage therapist made sure she targeted the areas needed, got to know me, was gentle and respectful. She cared about how i felt at every point of the massage. It was a great experience!

The receptionist Vanessa, was very friendly and welcoming. It is very difficult to book because of the times and days needed, but she tried very hard and was able to book us. My massage therapist, Keith provided excellent massages and the appropriate pressure, he concentrated on the areas that gave me the most discomfort.
