Jesse is an exceptional therapist. He listened to my needs, provided a thorough and therapeutic massage, and was a delight to work with. Reception was efficient and friendly.

Ease, professionalism and quality

My first time at the hand and Stone Massage spa was absolutely wonderful. My therapist listened to what I needed during the time we had together and I felt very relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Definitely will be coming back soon and recommending to anyone who asks! So nice that it is close to home.

I always love the way I am greeted when I enter the spa. I also appreciate being given a drink while I wait. I like my estatition very much.

The front desk person didn't greet people coming in. When my massage was done, she checked me out but never asked if I wanted to book another session. Both encounters felt very transactional vs customer service focused.
