Kelly is the best! Always listens to what I need, and very good with her technique. Great at listening to how much pressure I want. My only complaint is that I want to opt out of all the reminders. I keep a calendar, and don't need the extra e-mails and reminders cluttering up my life. Wish I could opt out!
