My esthetician, Liz, was knowledgeable on skincare and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and I left with skin that was noticeably brighter which is exactly what I wanted.

The massage was awesome but your website could use some work. I signed up for a massage with Any Available Service Provider. When I arrived they told me that there was no-one available so no massage for me. I was ready to leave and then one of the CSRs said let's take a look at the website. As we finished up, a therapist appeared and he was my therapist. If I had left when I had planned, I would have missed him. I asked the other CSR if I could use the restroom and she said no because they were for customers. Well, I was supposed to be a customer but it looked like my massage wasn't going to happy. It wasn't like I walked off the street wanting to use a restroom. I had an appointment and am a Lifestyles member so was pretty frustrated that I wasn't going to be allowed to use the restroom. I did eventually get to use it. This is the first negative thing that has happened in the year I have been a member. Everything is great other than this one thing and I find your website very clunky and not intuitive.
