My therapist was very welcoming, and listened to my trouble areas. He asked questions about my tension and pain to understand better. My trouble areas were in my hips and lower back, which can be awkward areas to massage. But he was very professional, while still getting at the tension and helping me feel much better.

I had an amazing experience at Hand and Stone. Brittany was working the front desk and was so friendly - we immediately hit it off talking about her boots and jewelry, the chiropractor I go to, etc. And Lee was an incredible therapist - extremely thoughtful and friendly. Usually I don't like talking during a massage, but I found myself excited to engage in conversation with Lee while he worked on me. He showed me some great stretches to do at home as well. A third woman (Kathy, I think), was extremely helpful after my massage - between her and Brittany, they convinced me to become a member. I can't wait to come back next month!

Lucy at the reception was very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Kelly has magic hands - she knows exactly what's wrong, without me having to tell her, and resolves it skillfully. She is also very pleasant.

This is my first pregnancy I was extremely anxious about the massage. Kelly did great job explaining everything step by step to me. She helped me feel comfortable. She listened to what I say. It was overall great experience. I will be coming back for another massage with Kelly.

I was extremely happy with my service by Lee. He listened to my explanation of problem areas and took the time after the massage to give me some stretches to help with my very tight neck.
