Hand and Stone

it's been quite some time since I had a positive experience at hand and stone due to prior therapists not showing for the appointment at another location. GREAT experience and will return! i like the incentive for pre-booking that was mentioned at checkout.

The massage therapist I saw, Kelly, was amazing. She listened to my concerns and was able to address my needs during the appointment time. I look forward to my next appointment with Kelly.

The front door staff was excellent . Very welcoming knowledgeable and engaging. I told my massage therapist what I was looking for and got exactly that! it was perfect.

I was greeted by the receptionist by name and she was very personable. KellyAnn is very welcoming and gives me a masterful facial. She explains the products used and their benefit to my skin. She compliments my skin and my appearance as well when our session is over. She offers to get me a glass of water too!

Friendly capable people at all levels. Our circumstances were awkward as we were just returning from hurricane Ian in Florida. Felt well cared for.

My massage therapist was friendly, attentive and provided relief in the areas that I had requested more attention. The hot towels were a lovely touch!

I visited two separate locations yesterday. the SLP location for my massage and the MG location for my Facial. All of the employees I dealt with were very kind! While at the MG location (My second location visit) the receptionist mentioned the monthly program offered and I signed up immediately! I do with they had mentioned it at the SLP location but I’m thrilled it was mentioned to me at the Maple Grove location!

Great selection of appointment times, very skilled therapist and relaxing atmosphere

My therapist always does a great job. I have less headaches now with regular neck work. My appointment is always on schedule.
