Daphney (spelling?) did a wonderful job! She was super friendly, communicative and professional. It was the best experience I've had at H&S thus far.

The staff was so friendly; cleaning safety protocols were excellent, and the massage was effective at addressing my pain points including ones I didn’t even know I had!

Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. The establishment’s waiting area was clean and calming as well as the room where I received my facial. My esthetician was kind and she did a great job recommending a tailored experience for me.

From when I walked in until I walked out, I was impressed at the way everyone worked together’ I had a new person doing the facial and was very pleased on how she did my facial and answered my questions! A good selection of products available!

Receptionist answered questions re: member appreciation offer and made appointment for me. She asked my facialist to come speak with me re: new services between the facialist next appointment and my massage appointment. Kellyanne, the facialist was very helpful in explaining the service I was inquiring about! I booked that service too.
