Emily is always just lovely and has great knowledge and recommendations when I am there. The wait time of 15 minutes was a bummer, but I am not sure why they were running late. It happens.

I saw Victoria for my appointment and my massage was amazing, as always. She is kind, knowledgeable, and intuitive about pressure. This massage, like all of my appointments with her, was very relaxing and alleviating of tension/discomfort.

I've been seeing Alex since before she came to H&S. She is amazing! I appreciate how this system works compared to other massage programs I've had. I think the aromatherapy is one of the better ones I've experienced. Two suggestions: it is high time to get rid of the mask - it makes it really hard to relax while breathing back in your own air/having something on the face. Also - the number of confirmations is a bit overkill - emailed twice, texted twice. I look forward to seeing how the new app will work. Thank you!
