My esthetician was focused on my concerns, informative about a course of treatment to address those concerns and did made me feel very comfortable with her suggested treatments and products.

The experience was relaxing and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. My facial was wonderful and the massage was great too. I was highly satisfied and hope to come back again.

Wonderful massage experience

My esthetician took plenty of time to talk about my skincare routine, habits, and how to address the issues I have with my skin. She gave me good advice about products, routine, and habit changes.

Kelly is invaluable!!! One of a kind. However for the second time I was charged twice (2 different cards) and had to call for correction.

Andy did an amazing job and was very communicative and delivered one of the better massage experiences I’ve had. Will definitely be returning and requesting them specifically!

I do like the services I received each time I was there. The location is a problem for me. I also work in a field that makes it so I have to stay late at a moments notice. So for these reasons I won't be keeping up with my membership. I do love the West End location. It is so cool and fun.

I’m highly satisfied with my hand and stone membership. It is worth it for the price. They always listen to my needs and give my pointers to keep the pain away until next time.

Overall the experience was relaxing, the people were friendly, and the space was clean. The process from booking, to checking in, to paying was pretty smooth. The therapist was the best I’ve had.

Andrea was my massage therapist and was EXCELLENT!! So glad she is in this profession:)
