I have had great experiences with Hand and Stone. The services I have received have been exactly what I was looking for and the staff did everything to make me feel listened to and take care of me.

Massage therapist pressure was great. Room and bed temperature were comfortable. I felt safe with the mask wearing.

Kelly did a great job as always. I said dissatisfied with appointment availability because she is so good it's hard to get in with her. I'm making my appointments 3 and 4 months out to be able to get anything at all. I'm really sick of wearing a mask. It doesn't make me feel safer, just uncomfortable.

Overall happy with this location and staff. I was disappointed you chose to increase prices as the value of being a member had decreased. I will keep my membership for awhile as I love my therapist.

I was very satisfied with my facial and upper body massage from Renee. The only misstep I would acknowledge is after getting dressed and returning to the lobby desk, I did not appreciate her discussing my skin problems with a room full of people at and around the desk. I know she was trying to inform me of other services for my next visit, but I felt the personal conversation about my skin would have been better received one on one.

There was very friendly staff. I was called to reschedule my appointment same day and felt as thought they receptionist was very accommodating even though my appointment was being changed. My massage therapist was efficient and provided an amazing massage
