the carpet needs cleaning in all rooms. I've left with dirt on my feel after leaving the room. I understand the need to raise prices, but disappointed that it's happened. Now your prices are equal to others and the membership doesn't mean anything. I will most likely be using up my existing packages and going elsewhere.

The receptionist worked really hard to find me an appointment. She kept in contact with me knowing I had been injured.

Lyndsay is very knowledgeable about products and the care of my skin. I look forward to seeing her on a monthly basis.

This is the third time I've been to Hand and Stone for a service. I've always been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and friendless of the staff. I've had massages with Vicki each time and I come away each time feeling extremely relaxed and ready to book another appointment.

Kelly is an exceptional massage therapist. I hope that H&S does everything possible to keep her happily employed! I have been receiving massages for 20 years and Kelly's knowledge and expertise is top notch.

I initially called to make my first appointment. The person had difficulty finding an appointment time for me. She kept thinking there were open spots available but then would try and book them and then figured out the person wasn't working that day. It took several minutes but she was eventually able to find an actual open spot. I then had to cancel that appointment due to a personal conflict. I cancelled and rebooked my appointment online. I was able to do that but the scheduling site wasn't the easiest to use but I think that more due to the lack of available massage therapists with available time than anything else. My initial experience in the spa was great. Staff were all wonderful! I was able to book additional appointments while I was at the spa which was very helpful. I was initially told on the phone that if I signed up to be a 'monthly member', I would not be able to use my 'credits' back to back in the same day (to book a massage & facial). They said I could only use 1 monthly "credit' a day. I would have to make those appointments on different days. I was told the opposite while at the spa yesterday.

The front desk people are very knowledgeable and it was easy to book an appointment and find out how many packages I have. And my massage therapist Kelly is incredible always!

Location feels inviting and as spa like as it can for a waiting room (much preferred to the feeling of Massage Envy). It is always clean. Kelly is an AMAZING massage therapist!
