The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. My esthetician was kind and asked questions about my personal skin care goals and routines. She provided great information during and after the appointment re: products. I also felt that she did not try to "up sell" services or products to me. My skin felt and looked great after my appointment, and I am already looking forward to my next facial.

My appointment was kept on time. Sarah did a fantastic job listening to my massage needs. Sarah gave the right amount of pressure that I had requested to her. A++

I've been a member at Hand and Stone for a couple years now. I've had great therapists at my location. No complaints about the West End in St Louis Park, MN. 2 complaints about the business overall: - website is not easy to use. The website doesn't seem to jive with the system in store. I would like to see my points/packages available in my account. - paying extra for deep tissue. I dislike that you charge more for this service.

My massage therapist was fantastic. She provided the perfect balance of a relaxing and muscle tension relieving experience.

The last esthetician I saw was awesome. Respected my silence during the massage and we chatted away during my facial. I really appreciated the fact she didn't push a bunch of the product/expensive upgrades during my appointment, she was extremely respectful.

The add ons are expensive. I feel like I could get a longer facial at another spa for $130 which is what I paid. Will be looking around. I feel the staff is so trained to expect and sell add ons EVERY time as well as product.

Always an AMAZING massage with Vicki, I added CBD to my massage, it was sooo relaxing and aided in relieving my aches and pains. This spa from the moment you walk in is ALWAYS an wonderful experience. Vicki is truly a gifted therapist!

Loved the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. I had a good experience and the masseuse was able to change the pressure on the fly. My facial was very complete.
