My therapist did a great job and really listened to all my requests from our initial meeting of my problems areas and what needed to be focused on. Overall a great experience.

Vicki is an amazing therapist with wonderful techniques. She is friendly, attentive to needs, and very intuitive/knowledgeable about how to best help. I am always pleased with my massage, feel relaxed, and with reduced pain when I leave.

I specified how bad my neck was from two accidents he did a wonderful job. The next day it was the first time in years it did not hurt I was amazed.

My satisfaction started with help from Lucy (Senior Spa Associate) who not only answered my questions via email, but also helped me book both my husband and my appts. over email. Lucy was friendly over email and in-person when checking us in. I enjoyed that I could book everything over email, and that who I spoke with also greeted me. I have been a long-time massage-envy monthly go-er for quite some time, which I cancelled pre-covid. I tried this location due to the BOGO deal. Out of the many several massages I've had over several years, my therapist at your location (Daphnie) was outstanding!! She applied excellent pressure and focused on the areas I needed. I'm still feeling it days after my experience - which is just what I needed. Because of Lucy & Daphnie, I will be back (and have already referred others to your location).

Everyone from the receptionist to the franchise owner is phenomenal. Natalie is one of the kindest most welcoming receptionists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My regular esthetician Emily, and massage therapist Alex, are extremely knowledgeable and evidently care about my well-being. In my most recent visit, I got to meet the franchise owner, Kathy, and she was lovely as can be (and very fashionable). I am amazed at Kathy’s people/employee/safety first policies and am so grateful to support an organization that values their workers. I couldn’t leave even if I wanted to. I love Hand and Stone in the West End!
