I received a gift certificate and appointment was made for me by my daughter who is a member. The reception staff were exceptional even when they were experiencing computer problems. Membership benefits were thoroughly explained and I accepted for facials. Massage prices were too high. Emily, my provider, was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and the results were fabulous. Best facial I've ever had! I will be back and recommend her to everyone.

Kelly was great listening to my concerns. Pressure was perfect. Wish she had a little more availability, but she's great so of course her schedule is full.

My esthetician was great! She did a wonderful job and my skin feels so clean and hydrated.

I have been coming to Hand and Stine since January, each time I visit i ALWAYS am greater by the staff. They always make me feel welcome and excited about my visit. I feel like they are they to make all of my needs met. They are able to answer all my questions with ease and great knowledge. I am having issues with my back and my therapist is very knowledgeable with what is going on and aids in my healing process. I really enjoy the conversations with the staff they make me feel like family

This was my 1st facial I've ever had in my life and I loved it. This was a gift I received from my friend. I run a tight budget because I'm a single mom with 2 kids in college but if I can afford it in the future I will definitely return.

This was the best massage I've ever received. My massage therapist was able to pick up on the areas that were the most important to focus on. I felt AMAZING afterward. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. I feel as if I am getting a lot of service during my session and my face feels very pampered when finished. Every step is explained to me and when finished I am instructed on what to do for myself at home.
