I used to be a member at the Maple Grove location, after so many bad experiences I didn’t want to continue going anymore. I had a massage by Alex in Saint Louis park and she has changed my mind. Even though I live in maple grove she is worth a drive. She was amazing, I can’t say enough good things about her as a therapist, from her techniques to her personality. She was wonderful and I’m so thankful to her. I also appreciated the communication and protocol of covid, nothing was like that in Maple Grove. I never had a temperature taken like at Saint Louis park and I really appreciated that extra step. Whoever is running your Saint Louis Park location is doing something right and needs to maybe help out the Maple Grove location....

The front desk staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist is very knowledgeable and it is evident she enjoys her career.

I actually visit Hand and Stone Massage 3 times a month. I see Kelly for massages and Blaire for reiki. The front desk staff knows me and makes me feel welcome when I visit. I am very satisfied with the location and the staff at the West End location.
