Kim always asks what areas I need most attention to. I always stress in my shoulder area, and she pays attention to that area. Always asks if the pressure is enough or too much. She is always sweet and caring.

Ease of booking via phone. Was welcomed right away when entering. Was taken back to the room shortly after completing paperwork. Stella asked what she can assist me with, and I explained target areas to concentrate on.

Sheila is always on time, if not, she comes out to let me know I never have a problem booking because I book 1 year out. The app IS NOT user friendly, unable to check rewards points or how many packages are left, please work on that since this is a technology driven world. Thanks

The staff was very welcoming. My therapist was very helpful giving suggestions about customizing my facial. I appreciated how the staff reached out to me about changing therapist.

My therapist took time to work on areas that needed attention. Stretch’s that I’ve never had done before. It was very relaxing.

Tom is my massage therapist. He always asks how I am, how the areas he worked on last time feel, and if there are any new areas that need attention. He is great at getting the muscles to relax to release the knots and getting my muscles and joints back in line. I always feel like my body is looser and more flexible after the massage.

My aesthetician was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a great facial massage. She also recommend product options to provide continued care for my skin.

Very thorough facial. She explained what she was doing. Discussed issues with my skin and recommended appropriate products. Very satisfied.
