With only one receptionist at that time answering phone helping others check out and check in. Trying to sell products to ones checking out makes the waiting not relaxing

From walking into the spa I felt very welcomed. The manager was able to help me make adjustments to the treatment I chose. The accommodations that were made to make the experience geared towards my problem areas were of ease. I was highly impressed by the knowledge of the staff!

The receptionist greeted us as soon as we arrived. My esthetician Casey was lovely. She listened to my requests and responded appropriately to them. My skin felt like velvet afterwards and Casey told me all the benefits of the specific product that would help my skin. I did purchase it with her explaining exactly how to apply it.

loved my experience and love the results i saw shortly after my visit. my skin was noticeably clearer as soon as the next day. it was shocking and awesome!
