Hand and Stone

Getting an appointment- even while being an member- is extremely difficult. That is really my only complaint. It stinks paying for a service you can’t use! Shelia was amazing and plan to use her services again. She was very kind and was able to give me advice on what to schedule for next time.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and make recommendations. She took the time to show me which products were for my skin type.

I’ve only had 1 poor experience at hand and stone. That therapist talked too much and was pushy about services. I don’t see her. Everyone else has been great.

The massage was great and Sheila is always very professional. She gives a wonderful firm massage and also asks frequently if everything is comfortable and if she needs to make any adjustments. I like the calm music and the warm bed and this time I upgraded with hot stones which was great.

I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep during my facial. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone.

My massage therapist Kendra was excellent. She explained to me the process, the emergency call button and really concentrated on the areas that I mentioned. She was kind, thorough and it was the most relaxed I've been in a while. The massage was great and the gentleman at the reception desk was kind and friendly and it was an all around great experience.

Plenty of staff available, friendly and helpful, beautiful salon and massage room, plenty of private bathrooms available

Kendra was excellent, as always. By the end of my appointment, I was completely relaxed and ready to start my weekend. And as always, the reception staff was very welcoming.

Kim listened and I got the massage I wanted. I didn’t have to wait that day, it’s how limited massage appointments are Hard to get appts.

The staff is wonderful. My facial and massage were both great. The person working in the reception area was very pleasant.
