Massage was great. I just wish you have more open appointments. I would schedule additional visits a month.

I was seriously considering to cancel my membership before I walked in. That all changed with the wonderful professional service, attention to my questions, and friendliness that Carrie provided. She was awesome!! William, receptionist at the front desk, was accommodating when scheduling my future appointment. I am highly satisfied with the service I received, and my face looks and feels rejuvenated!

The massage therapist not only listens to my response when she asks if there are any specific problem areas, she adopts her routine to meet my need. She makes sure the tightness and tension is relieved. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

Bren is phenomenal. I never want the services to end!

I have had a lower back injury and USUALLY, it bothers me for days afterward. This message was 'different' and the masseuse used a different technique than I have experienced before. I was so pleased.

Overall experience with the facial was excellent. Receptionist could have been friendlier. Disappointing not being able to make a massage appointment for so far into the future. However I Would do a facial again. Really enjoyed it.

Kim was amazing! Super friendly and made sure my needs were met! Went out of her way to make sure my problem areas were addressed. I would highly recommend Kim!

The girl that did my facial was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave good advice on how to keep up with my skin at home. I went in for my facial after having a very stressful work day and felt super relaxed leaving. I definitely will be requesting her again and going back. Best facial I have had too, my skin felt amazing.

I love the massages I receive from Sheila. It is difficult however to get on the schedule here and the front desk staff told me there is zero availability until September. Not just with Sheila, but with anyone. No explanation was offered. Staffing shortages? If so, then say that, I have a membership that’s unusable and that’s just a bad business practice.
