Hand and Stone

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with beautiful souls. I was able to purchase my gift card and renew my membership. The day of my appointment I walked in with eagerness and excitement. Yet again I was welcomed with the same beautiful souls. My overall experience was sensational. I can’t wait to return.

I always love and look forward to my facials with Ashley. She has been so considerate and compassionate in treating my skin. I also appreciate the friendliness and communication of the reception staff.

I have always had heat massages. I have cancelled my membership bevauee it wa too hard to get appointments. Even if I would book out 3 months it was difficult to get a time and they would frequently be cancelled.

Sheila’s massages are wonderful & she is very pleasant & kind.

i feel like family when i walk in. they know me by name, they ask how my kids are, how the job is. you don’t just get that anywhere.

The only thing I would suggest is the calming music that was played in the common area be played in the room I was in for my facial. I could faintly hear it from out in the hallway.

Great therapist and customer service. Advanced booking is a problem -- two to three months is unacceptable.

Massage was great. I just wish you have more open appointments. I would schedule additional visits a month.

I was seriously considering to cancel my membership before I walked in. That all changed with the wonderful professional service, attention to my questions, and friendliness that Carrie provided. She was awesome!! William, receptionist at the front desk, was accommodating when scheduling my future appointment. I am highly satisfied with the service I received, and my face looks and feels rejuvenated!

The massage therapist not only listens to my response when she asks if there are any specific problem areas, she adopts her routine to meet my need. She makes sure the tightness and tension is relieved. She is friendly and knowledgeable.
