From walking into the spa I felt very welcomed. The manager was able to help me make adjustments to the treatment I chose. The accommodations that were made to make the experience geared towards my problem areas were of ease. I was highly impressed by the knowledge of the staff!

The receptionist greeted us as soon as we arrived. My esthetician Casey was lovely. She listened to my requests and responded appropriately to them. My skin felt like velvet afterwards and Casey told me all the benefits of the specific product that would help my skin. I did purchase it with her explaining exactly how to apply it.

My massage therapist did an excellent job; however, he did suggest the hot stone addition and really did not use the stones very much which is fine as I had previously mentioned, he did an excellent job. The addition was $30ish+ that I did not need to and wish I did not spend. My main concern with this location is that you cannot book massages online. It would make things so much easier for me and I would be able to come in more often.

The appointments are on time. The therapist worked on problem areas. Massage was relaxibg.
