Therapist listened, heard and responded to my explanation of what areas of my back needed the most attention. She checked often to ensure she was applying the right amount of pressure. She was pleasant and friendly, but didn't chat, which I appreciated.

This time I got the whole treatment-facial,shoulder and neck area. She answered my questions easily. The receptionist was kindly explaining the specials that you were offering.

The facial was amazing and just as relaxing as a massage.

Susan was very nice and professional. I had a very good facial appointment that was thorough and highly relaxing. I know people that would benefit from a similar experience. I also ordered a facial for my mother and she was very happy with her experience as well.

The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist I had was just as friendly and checked with me periodically on the pressure and my comfort.

Chris, my massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable- she is always wonderful and helpful. She is an AMAZING asset to the spa!!!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and offered water and seat. My massage therapist promptly came to the reception area at my appointment time. In the room, she explained everything thoroughly, checked in with me throughout the visit about pressure and my comfort, and focused on the areas I asked her to. I will definitely be going back!

Sheila is the BEST! She is warm and friendly and always makes me comfortable and relaxed. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She applies just the right pressure that I am looking for and I always feel amazing after seeing her!

The massage oil does not smell the best. Would like to have a shower available. Not enough massage therapists on staff. Difficult to make appointments. Have to book months in advance.

The place was clean, employees were friendly, felt great after my massage.
