Leah was very courteous and efficient with my facial. I enjoyed her neck and shoulders massage while the mask did it’s work. I do wish the estheticians were allowed to do real extractions that might require opening up the pore with a tool. In essence currently, Hand & Stone facials are just nice facial massages with fancy creams.
