Aside from not being able to schedule online (due to the fact I have some prepaids to utilize) when I called, they did have an appt. available the same day. NOTE: Regarding Online Scheduling: it would be great to add the ability to choose (or state) you would like have a "prepaid" applied to the scheduled appt. time. As of now, it directs you to pay to schedule an appt.

From the waiting area, to the spa room, I was very impressed with the ambiance of the spa. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I highly enjoyed my facial experience.

My latest experience at H&S was great. Everyone was friendly and there was very little wait time as there usually isn't. I will definitely recommend to other friends.

I'm so glad I was referred to Rebekah earlier this year! She's so knowledgeable and pinpointed my skin's needs in my first visit and, over subsequent visits, her treatments have visibly reduced the pigmentation on my face. She explains what she's using and why she's using it so I can better understand what works (and doesn't) for my sensitive skin. She never hard-sold me on products, merely recommended what she used during the service -- I bought them anyway and they've made a huge difference in my skin. I have a standing monthly appointment and always look forward to it!
