Hand and Stone

My massage therapist did a great job, as usual. Hand and Stone offers great value for the cost....the membership is affordable, and I love that massages carry over if I can't make it in one month. I always walk out feeling much better than when I arrived!

The receptionist was very friendly and answered all of my questions without seeming to sell something else to me. The receptionist introduced me to the therapist upon her entering the waiting room. The therapist then led me to the massage room and proceeded to make sure that she understood all of my instructions on the preliminary questionnaire. The experience could not be better for a newbie to the company.

Dimitri and Rebekah are incredible! The whole staff is extremely friendly and I always leave feeling rested. I will be coming back.

The receptionist asked me to fill-out forms that I had already filled out about myself. I think they had me confused with my friend who was supposed to come with me but you cancelled his appointment because a person called in sick. Anyway, filling out the form cut into my massage time. If I truly knew I had to fill out the forms again I would have arrived early. The receptionist asked if I had been there before and I said yes. I actually joined there. Then she gave some story about the system upgraded and therefore I need to complete the form again. I felt lied to. I was not happy my massage was cut short and because the filling out the form cut into my time I didn't get a chance to relax as I was rushed to complete the forms.

Massage therapist Dimitri is phenomenal. He has such a good knowledge on the body and how to apply pressure.

Helpful in getting me an appointment - and helping me find other appointments in town when I call with no notice. So helpful!
