Italy (massage therpaist) was great at working some problem areas. She was great with pressure and adjusting for different areas. Wish aromatherapy was not an additional charge, as it helps to relax most people just like music and low lighting.

Alexander is phenomenal. His massages help me manage my chronic pain and I always feel recharged and ready to take on the world after!

Pauline is the best! Very friendly and knows what she is doing! Reception is always very clean and friendly! Love this place!

I found the staff at hand and stone to be very nice. They were very service oriented and did were not pushy about adding on too many services or selling a bunch of products after the fact. Most important it was extremely clean and I looked around in some non obvious places, (I am a former executive housekeeper in the hospitality industry) even the wall fountain for accumulated gunk. The whole facility was very sanitary. I usually like a massage environment that has a little more spiritual energy but from a strictly physical standpoint my massage was very positive.

Clean and professional atmosphere. Knowledgeable therapist (Julius). The only issue I had was I couldn't make an appointment on line...would not go through. Needed to call and speak to receptionist.

Kevin my therapist was very in tune with the areas of my body that were in pain. The pressure he applied was the ideal firmness I was looking for. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient in checking me in and out.

Start time was on time check in was fine, my masseuse remembered where my pain was from my last appointment and left feeling relaxed
