Staff were friendly and attentive. Therapist made me feel at ease, provided assurance that my needs would be addressed and throughout the initial session, inquired about the pressure being applied to ensure that I was having a comfortable experience. She also explained add-on services that I could elect to have included on future sessions.

Good friendly staff greeting upon entry. Great massage and really paid attention to what I was looking for. Clean environment. My only comment was that I don’t think the music was playing in the room, which is a nice add for ambiance.

Pauline is an excellent esthetician, very detail-oriented and I felt so relaxed. My skin has improved so much in my time with Pauline. Highly recommend her.

Shelby has a warm personality and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy seeing her and look forward to her facials. I'm disappointed that Dana left. I've been with her for over a year and and will find it difficutl to replace her massages.

I've been seeing the same therapist for awhile now simply because I've never been disappointed. Booking on-line is easy, except whenever I try to add an enhancement, all availability disappears. Not sure if this is because the therapist doesn't do them or it's a glitch in the system. I've never reported it as it's not really that important to me. The location is also close to my house and parking is never an issue.

Value for the money

I experienced a problem with the online forms. For some reason it was trying to force me to answer questions about being pregnant. I am 71 and had a hysterectomy due to uterine cancer 20 years ago. The reception staff graciously helped me through resolving this to submit my questionnaire. My esthetician seemed genuinely concerned about my care and satisfaction. She seemed knowledgeable and professional, yet personable and sincere. Every encounter with a staff member was very positive.

I like to treat myself once in a while and have been to other place but this place has the best service and it’s fairly priced.

This was my first visit to the location for a massage since the beginning of Covid. I’ve been leery to be in a small enclosed area but I could see that the facility took cleanliness seriously. I was very happy that the therapist I used to work with was still at the same location so I didn’t have to start over with a new person.
