my massage therapist knows right technical ways to do deep tissue massage and makes suggestion to reduce the knots and inflammation. she is knowledgeable and professional.

Therapist was able to vary pressure depending on area. focused on problem areas and really listened to my needs. There was no pressure to make another appointment with the same therapist, or to tip a certain amount, or tip a certain way (cash.. card.. venmo..) The conversation was related to the therapy and not too much so I could really relax.

Everyone was nice from the time I walked in the door until te time I left. My masseuse asked all the right questions and provided a good massage. Nobody talked too much so it was relaxing.

The massage turned out to be way better than expected. Tammy is excellent at stretching out your muscles and applying pressure where needed. She was able to work within the limits of my stiff muscles and yet give it a good stretch.

You have a highly qualified person with Stacy. She has all the ingredients of a woman that knows & does her job with top skills as a esthetician. Oh yes, I had a facial @ foot treatment. Thank you, Ann Olson

When I enter the business, I'm always greeted with a warm good morning and offered water or to use the restroom. My massage therapist Charles always engaging. He always ask how I'm feeling and what needs to be worked on. Everyone I've encountered are very attentive and nice.

My experience was very relaxing. I noticed an immediate relief in the areas where I have pain. My masseuse was very attentive to my neck and shoulders as I requested and checked to make sure the pressure was correct for me.

I think prices went up a lot. I was paying 59.95 snd now 89.95. Very expensive especially after the pandemic when I have been out of work for 15 months! If my massage is a 50 massage, I expect a 50 minute massage not 45 minutes. Got that price, I was disappointed In getting in late then it was 45 min. I looked at the clock. I have been a member since Pleasanton opened but will be thinking of quitting…. You gave extra 10.00 off because I was the first 10 people that joined. Now, does not seem like people care.

The front desk ladies were kind and professional and efficient. My therapist did a great massage. The spa is beautiful!. I look forward to returning
