Alexander, my therapist, was amazing. He listened and did exactly what I asked for!

Much easier to book appointments on line. I have stuck with my usual massage therapist for quite some time, so I'm currently OK with his current availability. Reception has always been friendly. I'm curios to see if my gift card I purchased will work in the future. The last time I purchased one they said it was used, which was confusing to me because I purchased it as a gift for my husband to use for his birthday. So we shall see how this one plays out.

Check in was easy online. I was offered to use the restroom and on my way back Kevin took me into my room (so no waiting in the waiting room) When I was done he walked me over to my next room. Everyone was very nice. Check out was a little busier. One person to check out/ check in and answer phones so we didn’t get to discuss products.

Beautiful and calming setting. So easy to book, confirm, pay - all electronically. Got the monthly plan to ensure that I get my self care time every month. ❤️

Booking was very simple and I received confirmation text messages as a reminder = A+ Check-in and warm welcome from Diamond upon my arrival to the Pleasanton location. = A+ Massage was professional, effective, and much needed after a long drive. She focused exactly where I requested and applied perfect technique and pressure. She also explained things very well when I had questions. = A+ Warm towel and water at the end of the service rounded off a wonderful experience. = A+
