Dana is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and her massage techniques are amazing. She keeps me coming back!

Please take my responses to these questions as genuine, because I answered them after serious consideration rather than tap the same response to each question. I am not an easy-to-please kind of customer, being a software developer and UX specialist. I really would rather respond to questions with ratings of 2-4. But I am giving an honest assessment of each question in this survey. I've tried many massage services in the last 30 years, and only Hand & Stone would earn such high ratings from me. This includes the well-designed online booking/form-handling/calendar-reminder software, the clean and pleasant waiting area, the highly trained receptionist staff who always take time to greet me, make me feel welcome and take care of any admin tasks for me when I arrive for an appointment, the comfortable and well-designed therapy rooms, and the masterful work of my regular massage therapist rates a solid 5 out of 5.

The massage therapist Kelly is friendly and good. Sad I will be leaving because you raised pricing 30.00 a month! I am not even working full time! I have been there since it opened!

My aesthetician was simply wonderful - knowledgeable, professional, kind and very tuned into what I wanted - by asking! I love that she asked if she should tell me what she'll be doing throughout...or let me rest (I really wanted to rest this time!).
