I really like the ambiance of the massage room. The warm table, low lighting & hot towels are little bonuses to the actual massage itself. The background music is also very soothing.

I really liked all the services. One thing I didn’t appreciate is the message therapist I called sir. They corrected me and said they don’t like being called sir as they recognize themselves as a transgender. Lichen was his/her it’s name That needs to be kept to themselves as I felt that was inappropriate. Overall highly satisfied.

Ashley was very knowledgeable about microdermabrasian.

The reception area is well lit, clean, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Alex, my therapist, is the absolute best! He is skilled, has a great energy, and makes me feel like he cares.
