Makita is the best! She applies the perfect pressure. I have not been able to find this before.

The front desk staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Victoria gave me one of the best messages and her knowledge impressed me. My muscles felt wonderful after the massage.

My only issue was with the person who booked my apt which I believe was through a call center. I asked for hot stone and CBD and he said it was not available, but when I arrived they said it could be added, so he gave me incorrect info, though he was friendly.

Alex was a 10!!!

Sheetal is very knowledgeable about skin conditions and products to help different conditions. Her facial massages are amazing too.

Overall was a pleasant experience

The ambiance and the massage therapist was great.

Check in was fast and easy. Wait time in the lobby was minimal. Massage therapist asked me about any problem areas and pressure preference. Room was clean. Music was not too loud.

My massage therapist was welcoming and did a great job focusing on the areas I requested. She made sure to tell me about additional trouble spots that she found. I like that she includes some muscle movement while trying to loosen up knots and tight areas.
