You have the nicest people working there the receptionist, and the person who did my massage were above and beyond, and I wish I could remember the the reception is name she’s a very nice beautiful eyes long hair. She usually sits on the right when you walk in the door. Darn I wish I knew her name. She’s so good.

The esthetician was wonderful! I had some subpar experiences at other salons but this service exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely return for this service again and will also try others.

I am very happy with Hand & Stone's facility, staff, and services for all of the reasons that I marked Highly Satisfied in the preceding questions. I am a long-time member of Hand & Stone and have had many massage therapists through the years. Clyde is a real gem. I am delighted to have had a massage from him while my regular therapist was on vacation. I will be staying with Clyde from now on. I like his technique, manner, checking on the pressure, his use of hot towels, voluntarily leaving me a hot towel to wipe off with after the massage, and more.

My esthetician was kind, invested and easy to talk to. She listened to my responses to her introductory questions and suggested just what I needed and made sure I understood what I needed. I never felt pushed or unheard, she actually made me feel more invested in what I need to help keep my skin healthy. I appreciate the time I spent with her at Hand and Stone.

Massage therapist did an excellent job

I joined H&S in another location and was Highly Satisfied with the facility and my massage therapist. The location that I now frequent in Oregon is equally pleasant and accommodating

I will only not be returning as there are closer Locations to my home. The experience and aesthetician were all top notch!
