Oxana is the best therapist. Very friendly and extremely professional.

The spa employs several good therapists. I was able to easily see someone who's worked on my body several times before and is familiar with what areas need more work. They use enough pressure to give both relief and relaxation.

At check out she was trying to sign me up I could only hear partial of what she said. Again too many trying to talk to other customers and on the phone. I understand fast pace but just was too much at once and the barrier between the client and customer distorts the conversations. I am looking for more services but the website was limited or services not offered?

I love this hand and stone location. The staff are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful. The space is always clean and comfortable. There are a couple of massage therapists that have great techniques and I found one that is a favorite. Cam is the therapist I visit most often because I like his technique the best. I've been coming here for 6 years and I plan to continue my membership for years to come.

I am always happy with my experience at The Hand and Stone. My therapist does an excellent job on relaxing me and helping with any aches or pains I may have. She is friendly and I just really enjoy my time spent with her. My daughter is a massage therapist in PGH and she also loves to come for a visit to the spa when she is here. It's through her that I started to come to the Hand and Stone some ten years ago in Winter Springs before we moved to demand.

I never had a facial before and this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The estathician was very personable and kind.

Sarah was very friendly and did a great job. I had a prenatal and she used just the right amount of pressure. The facility was also very clean and inviting.

The massage Carrie gave me was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and concentrated on those areas.
