Overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable

I was scheduled for 2 appointments - a massage and a facial. The massage was perfect but the facial was not. This is the second time I had this lady and I was extremely unhappy the first time I had her trying to sell me a 5 package deal. I ended up getting tired of going back and forth and told her just do a facial. I had here again Saturday and she did the same thing. Left the room stating she was going to look at my account and be back. She started her upgrade speech of using 5 packages and I told her when I came in I wanted the Nuface upgrade. She repeatedly tried to get me to get more and again I was frustrated with her not accepting when I want. I told her I did not want the facial and asked her to leave the room. She refused to leave. She just kept talking about what I needed and when I sat up she still didn't leave she wanted to know when she could do to make it right and wouldn't lower the bed. It wasn't until I went to walk out of the room with my towel on did she leave.

Very therapeutic and relaxing. I believe in massage for health reasons as well. My therapist always do a great job.

I was greeted with warmth and check in was efficient. Front staff was kind to each guest who entered and treated everyone like a cherished guest. Amber asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. She was knowledgeable and attentive. She did an excellent job working on my trouble areas.

Lizette listened to my needs and she was very respectful. She really got rid of the pain I had and it was an absolute pleasure to have had her as my masseuse. I will book again because of her. Hand and stone is very lucky to have Lizette on your team. And a huge shoutout to the girls at the reception area. They are all very professional and so friendly as you enter and leave. Thank you Lizette and team for a wonderful experience.

The esthetician, Kim, is awesome. She seems knowledgeable, makes suggestions, is never pushy. She seems interested in geting me the best result possible.
