The staff is very friendly, and made me feel very welcome when I walked in. My massage, and massage therapist Nancy, were amazing! She did an excellent job getting all my problem areas, and making me feel relaxed.

Friendly environment, with low lit lights and relaxing music. They took the time to address all main pain areas. Body felt like I was gliding as I walked out.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and told me what she was doing as she progressed. She made me feel safe. She was friendly and included my opinion and description of what I was looking for.

I would like to be able to use multiple packages in a visit without losing any value of a package. That is my only complaint about H&S. Other than that, love it!
