I love going. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

My masseuse is the best, although she books up quick, because of that I am very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism. I don’t like the fact that I’ve been in the program for a while now, and my cost went up monthly where I feel I should’ve been grandfathered in at the price that it was agreed to when I signed up.

I have been coming to H&S for several years in my hometown. Mikal did an amazing job while I was visiting in Gainesville. He took the time to understand my needs, and he was able to address the core of my pain issues (muscle adhesions). He gave me a massage that has enabled me to have better range of motion almost immediately after the massage. I have not been able to reach my arms behind my back completely in several months. I am blown away by the results. I will be coming bank to Gainesville to continue these massages with Mikal. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and why, and teaching me techniques to prevent reformation of muscle adhesions due to my sedentary work life.

I can not believe the difference in my complexion. My aesthetician was very knowledge about the dark spot issues that I have on my face. I have been using the products she recommended for me and I am happy with the results.

My esthetician Janisa is so knowledgeable. She always so nice and gives the best treatment my face needs at that time. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also, Nancy (massage therapist) is simply amazing. She keeps my muscles from aching.
