I appreciate when I do not have to wait for an appointment. I liked the friendly staff. My massage therapist, Cam, did an excellent job based on what I needed done.

I always use Janasia for my facials. She is amazing! This time I also had a massage by Cam and he was also amazing.

Therapist listened to my needs and met them. All staff members were friendly.

I have been going here for about a year now and always have a great experience. My initial appointment was canceled due to the storm. They called and left a message with 2 dates to rebook, but when I called back the receptionist told me those dates weren't available and I had to move the appointment to December. It sounded like they opened up Katie's schedule to other people before hearing back and we're trying to bump me. I told them I would cancel my membership and all of a sudden the staytday that was mentioned in the voicemail was open. Not happy about how that was handled, but the massage with Katie was great like always.

Kim is certainly a professional. She knows skin types and is very good with sensitive issues. She seems to enjoy her work and helping people. Thank you, Kim

The esthetician Hannah was very friendly and knowledgeable and addresses things I had questions about and she gave a great facial. I do feel that your products are very expensive. I’d like to take advantage of the monthly program but I live in northern MI 6 months of the year and I don’t believe there are any Hand & Stone locations near me.

The customer service is excellent, starting with the initial phone call to schedule a time, to the very point of leaving. Stacy was absolutely awesome. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Everyone is professional and caring.
