Spa is clean with friendly staff. Massage therapist was professional. Was very pleased with results of massage. Had purchased products, satisfied with them. Front desk knowable with services and add ONS available.

Everything met my expectations. I cannot wait to schedule another appointment for both a massage and facial. I also love the products used and did purchase a recommended sunscreen product.

My massage therapist was very effective with her technique and client positioning. Very informative about what might have caused my tense condition. Kept my massage time on point.

. I called to have first available for myself and my husband, and we were able to book both same day, evidently from a cancellation. We were with Terry for him and Marissa for me, both were professional, sensitive & highly skilled!

I have been a member now for four years. The services continue to improve. The staff are always friendly and professional. The Therapists are cognizant of need and do their best to address areas of concern.

I have had a Hand & Stone membership in the past at a different location but the one I frequent now has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and always welcoming with helpful information as needed. The massage therapist, Kat, is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, had to go through several massage therapists at the location but found the right one for the style I prefer.

Friendly staff! And my MT did an awesome job, she’s amazing! I always feel relaxed when the session is finished. I do wish H&S would change their online booking website a little bit.. otherwise overall a great experience!
