The Salon is very relaxing, cleaned, welcoming. The massage room is also relaxing and cleaned. The massage therapist did a very good job

My therapist Jason Stroppa is outstanding. He has helped me immensely with some chronic pain and mobility issues. He is very professional, skilled and has a great understanding of his clients needs.

The massage I received from Heather was OUTSTANDING! The pressure applied was perfect and she was sure to check to make sure I was satisfied. It was an excellent experience.

But customer service and front desk folks for my booking and for my appointment were excellent. The esthetician was supreme! The environment is very relaxing

The Ambiance, professional staff members keeps me coming back, though I would highly recommend higher sitting comfortable lounge chairs, those there are fine, but too low on the floor for seniors, just saying 🥰

Love Tomiko and Kayla. They both provide excellent, thorough service to me. They focus on the areas that I request. They listen. They are both very kind and professional women!

I have been going to Hand and Stone for years now, I have never been disappointed. I love my therapist, I always feel comfortable, relaxed, and feel relief from minor aches and pains.

Hilda is amazing. I will put up with issues at the front desk just to keep coming back to see her. The main issue was that there was only 1 person at the front desk to check everyone in, check everyone out and handle phone calls. The manager and 2nd front desk person were MIA. Had they been available and present to help her, I would have been checked in on time and been able to enjoy the full length of my service. Unfortunately, it was cut short. The service that was cut short was the massage that was scheduled prior to my facial.

Robert is the best therapist ever!! I booked my next appointment along with appointments for 2 others.
