Hand and Stone

I had received a massage and facial to a different location years ago. The services themselves were excellent but I was very turned off by the push to sell products. This experience was much better. The aesthetician asked me about my skin care routine and listened. At the end of the session, she showed me everything she used and recommended an item that is a step in my skin care I was not currently doing. It was a recommendation I chose to accept and purchased the product. When I get another facial, I will go back and see her specifically.

Professional and polite

Bertha listened to my issues, and went to work immediately. She was well structured in her movement over my body and covered all areas of concern. There was no wasted effort or time. Very efficient!

Great experienced during my first appointment in Hand and Stone. Starting with the receptionist, they have a good customer service. Ms. Jessica is my esthetician, she very knowledgeable and very passionate.

The therapist are very helpful with knowing what to do to reduce the pain. The bathroom amenities are very nice with the washcloths for hand drying and stones in the sink.

My therapist really helped with my pain relief in different areas of my body. He was knowledgeable in how to relieve tension and work out the joints.

Birtha was excellent! She knows her stuff! It was a wonderful experience and she worked on my problem areas. It is obvious that she loves her job and she loves people!
