Hand and Stone

I had to wait 5 days to get a morning appointment. The receptionists did not welcome me or offer my goody bag and did not mention anything on skin care . I mean products.

Tarah was friendly and asked if I wished her to explain each step she was doing or if I preferred to just relax. I said relax and she respected that. She was excellent in every way.

The staff is warm and friendly, very welcoming. Susan is always fantastic and provides a wonderful facial. I usually fall asleep!!! I’ve always had a wonderful experience!

My massage therapist Kelly was extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable as was the manager at the front desk.

Easy to find location. Personnel is very attentive! The aesthetician Kara was wonderful - sha answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and gives a fantastic facial!

It’s really a 15 minute massage. It is not a one hour massage.

My experience during this visit was great. I have had 2 facials at this location and I felt my esthetician was very knowledgeable and I thought she had a great technique and was good at making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed.
