The esthecian and her manner and touch were very satisfactory.

I’ve been having facials here for several years & always use Susan. Susan does a great facial & always recommends how I should care for my face. Very pleased with Hand & Stone & their staff.

I've been a member for years and it has always been a really great experience. Everyone working at the spa has been kind and helpful. Massage is very stress reducing and relaxing.

The Manager at the Lakewood Ranch location Anna H is a huge asset to your location, lucky to have her!! And Tarah my esthetician was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and very skilled I love my service

The person who worked on me was very knowledgeable. I wanted her to give attention to the wrinkles which she did. She also made suggestions of products I should use.

My massage therapist is always conscious of my needs. She is on time. I like her techniques. I enjoy getting a relaxing massage.

So I love Hand and Stone, I did note satisfied on two things. I cannot book online without having an additional card on file and I wish that would sync with the system at the spa. If this could be streamlined, I feel like guests would schedule more often and it would then alleviate the staff having to book appts on the phone and allow them more hands on with the guests in the spa and maybe sign-up additional members. The other satisfied was simply the inflation cost of $10.00 since the pandemic, but it is what it is. I think for me and maybe most of the world it's been hard to pay more for the same service, but I love your spa, staff and therapists and $10.00 is not a deal breaker for me. Just wanted to be honest in my review : )
